Based in South Florida I have been an Active Real Estate Investor, and Real Estate Broker for over 25 years, I have purchased, renovated and sold over 700 real estate properties.

I published a book “The Road to Real Estate Wealth” Secrets to Success in any Market, which highlights my experiences. For the past several years, in addition to being a successful real estate investor, I have enjoyed sharing and empowering others to achieve financial freedom and success through teaching and mentoring.

When I decided that I wanted to be a professional real estate investor, I was still a senior in college. I was months from graduation, anxiously and nervously preparing myself to go out into the world. I started out in this business with no money, few skills, and scant genuine knowledge. The difference between calling myself a real estate investor and actually being an investor was a feat that took time and involved overcoming many obstacles. It was nearly two years before I actually broke the ice and completed my first deal.

You see, wanting to do something and actually doing it are two very different things. An obvious point?

Perhaps, but such understanding and living such seemingly mundane issues are the stuff that separate those who accomplish from those who still only wish to excel. Many people are, as I was, full of fear and ignorance, and those two things can stop anyone from breaking out and taking control of his or her life. From the time I decided to learn as much as I could about the real estate business, I read voraciously and took as many courses as I could get my hands on.

Once I started to experience success, I realized that most courses and books are laden with theoretical musings but offer minimal real, practical knowledge of the sort that potential investors can put to profitable use. I decided that somewhere down the road I would write a book that would highlight my own experience and real-life practices. I wanted to eliminate all the “guru” fluff.

I wanted to help flatten the learning curve of anyone ambitious enough to want to make it in the world of real estate investing. I get a lot of pleasure in helping and mentoring new and season investors that are out there as I am doing real estate deals.

Everything that I teach and talk about comes from experience and encompasses what I have actually done.
